PRS Metal Works’ machine shop has manufactured parts for a wide variety of businesses. Unlike most machine shops, PRS Metal Works can also offer fabrication services such as, sheet metal work, tube, pipe, and welding.

REPAIR AND REPLACEMENT PARTS

Here at PRS Metalworks many of the local businesses, we service commonly need repair work. This can require any one or a combination of metal buildup, welding of broken parts or making an entirely new piece.

Our metal buildup processes have included MIG, TIG, and Stick. Most of the buildups were performed on shaft O.D., hub I.D. and worn bolt or pin holes.

Most people who work around machining know that parts and structures sometimes crack or break. Our certified welders have a wide variety of experience in welding repair on many types of equipment. We have successfully repaired countless items, saving our customers valuable working capital.

Manufacturing new parts is a daily part of our operations. Whether its 1,000 pieces or 1 replacement part, we can accommodate. As a matter of fact, small lots are our specialty. And, if you don’t have drawings, we can reverse engineer from your existing part.
